2. About Marina Immigration Corporation
Marina Immigration Corporation (“Marina Immigration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Marina Nelson, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), registration number R533453, licensed and in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act, S.C. 2019, c. 29, s. 292.
Marina Nelson is bound by the CICC’s Code of Professional Conduct. All regulated immigration consulting services are provided in accordance with that Code.
3. Nature of Website Content
The content published on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute immigration, legal, or professional advice, and it does not assess your individual eligibility for any Canadian immigration program or pathway.
No information on this Website creates or implies a consultant-client relationship. A consultant-client relationship is established only upon execution of a written Initial Consultation Agreement or Retainer Agreement signed by both you and Marina Nelson.

4. No Unauthorized Practice
Immigration consulting in Canada is a regulated profession. Only authorized persons — including RCICs in good standing with the CICC, lawyers, and Quebec notaries — may provide immigration advice or representation for compensation. Marina Immigration is authorized to provide such services within the scope of Marina Nelson’s CICC registration.
This Website does not enable or facilitate the unauthorized practice of immigration consulting. Users are encouraged to verify the credentials of any immigration representative they engage at college-ic.ca.
5. Scope of Services
This Website provides general information about Canadian immigration programs and pathways, and allows users to request consultations or submit inquiries. The Website does not provide:
